The client needs patient assistants who are also straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and with body language. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance both inside and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility.

You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You will be part of a large team consisting of dedicated, positive assistants who all work towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly established routines and implementation plans regarding everything that occurs in daily life.

As an applicant, you should be mature in your approach to various situations, both demanding and less demanding.

Good patience, humor, understanding, and initiative are very important to the client.

It is required that you, as a personal assistant, are secure in yourself, attentive, flexible, action-oriented, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience in personal assistance is a requirement, but personal suitability will weigh the heaviest.
