We are now looking for a personal assistant for a fixed schedule with a safe and positive 27-year-old guy with a great interest in sports. There is a well-developed implementation plan, and it is of utmost importance that you who are applying are attentive, meticulous, and can work according to clear routines. The job involves being a physical support in daily life – to monitor the client's general condition and well-being, as well as to assist with various activities based on the client’s unique needs. You need to be his extra arms and legs, with everything from personal hygiene, assistance, cooking, cleaning, and other chores.

As an assistant, it is important that you are observant and have the ability to stay one step ahead – to prevent and avoid risks and thereby contribute to a safe everyday life. You should be mature in your interactions and confident in handling both simpler and more demanding situations. You will work both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident in yourself, attentive, punctual, flexible, proactive, and has a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and with body language.

Good physical strength is important as there are some transfers involved.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience in personal assistance and care is a plus, but personal suitability will weigh the heaviest.

You must be smoke-free.

Speak fluent Swedish.

Individual salary setting. Monthly salary or hourly wage. Collective agreement exists.
