This is a combined position at 95% where you will work weekday afternoon/evening shifts, every other weekend, and one awake night per week.

The user is a teenage boy, soon fifteen years old, who lives with his family in a house just outside the city center of Eskilstuna. He is imaginative and curious, loves to learn new things, and is a true joy spreader – but at the same time genuine and completely unfiltered. He is helpful and enjoys being involved in cooking, experiences, and fun activities in everyday life. He loves horse racing and motorcycles, but also has his quiet moments – preferably in front of the computer, TV, or with his family.

The user needs security, stability, and support. You assist him best by contributing to the creation of the calm and the daily structure he needs to continue following the positive development curve that characterizes his life right now.

Job responsibilities and duties:

As a personal assistant, you support him in daily routines such as cooking, laundry, cleaning, personal hygiene, and medication – while also keeping an eye on his general health and well-being.

You mediate, clarify, and enhance understanding in social and private contexts when communication does not always suffice. You participate in activities and everyday adventures that contribute to a stimulating and meaningful daily life.

The role requires you to be punctual and structured – but also to have a hidden talent for spontaneity and improvisation. You need to have a grounded respect for home, household, and fellow human beings. With attentiveness, curiosity, and the desire to balance between humanity and professionalism, you will be a support both for the user and his family.

Knowledge of sign language or TakK is an advantage but not necessary. If you have the openness and willingness to learn, you can develop it on-site.
