We are looking for a substitute for our customer in Eskilstuna

Our customer is a young woman in her 30s who enjoys an active everyday life. Her interests include going for walks, shopping, and listening to music & singing. Additionally, the work involves providing support with household chores such as cooking, hygiene, and cleaning.

To fit the role, we believe you should have a gentle demeanor, be solution-oriented, and possess good planning skills. We see that you always put the customer first and work to ensure that the group interaction functions well. Flexibility is appreciated by both the customer and the employer to easily manage everyday life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in personal assistance or similar caregiving experience, preferably with nursing assistant training. Alternatively, educational training and experience.
• Is non-smoking
• Master the Swedish language very well.

It is desirable that you have a driver's license and access to a car.

The work is considered physically light, but you will have an active job where activities are requested.

Working hours and degree of employment: Weekdays from 14:30 to 08:30 and day shifts from 10:00 to 10:00 every other weekend. Nights are staffed with waiting time. The customer participates in daily activities most days of the week but does not have assistance during that time.

We are looking for a substitute to start immediately, with the possibility of a temporary schedule during the period from May to September.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement.

Start date: Immediate
