About the position

We are now looking for someone who wants to work on a fixed schedule in a wonderful team in Kvicksund!

I am a happy and curious 19-year-old girl living in Kvicksund with my mom, dad, and my little sister who is 13 years old.

I have an unusual chromosomal anomaly that means I have autism and a developmental disorder that you will learn more about. My assistants will learn to use sign language as support in our communication and other pedagogical techniques that help me develop.

My interests include singing, music, play, and fun. I love my trampoline, riding, and zooming down the ski slope in my sit-ski that my dad drives.

I do not need childcare but am looking for someone who wants to learn more about pedagogy and develop with me.

We have staff meetings with inspiration, training, and pleasant socializing. It is good if you are calm and attentive to moods as I also need rest and recovery in balance with activity and play.

Who are you?

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships, and we would like you to think long-term when applying for the position. We are looking for someone who is social, attentive, and pedagogical. You enjoy working with development and have a knack for seeing potential and opportunities. According to the client's wishes, we prefer female applicants.

We would like you to have:

• Experience working with children.
• Experience in a similar role.
• A valid driver's license and access to a car.

Working hours and employment level:

On weekdays, shifts are scheduled from 14:45 to 21:00 during the school term and from 09:00 to 21:00 during breaks. On weekends and public holidays, working hours are from 9:00 to 21:00.

Salary:

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreements.

Employment level: 1 shift per week and every fourth weekend.

Start date: According to agreement.
