We are looking for personal assistants for an 18-year-old boy who lives in a villa in Torshälla with his family and dog.

Currently, the shifts are scheduled for afternoons/evenings and nights (with on-call night) as well as weekends.

The client leads an active life and prefers applicants who enjoy the gym, travel, and have an interest in computers.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident, attentive, punctual, flexible, proactive, and has a genuine interest in their work. The client appreciates assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language.

Good physical strength is important as there will be some transfers involved.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Humor, understanding, and initiative are important for the client.

Experience in personal assistance and caregiving is a plus, but personal suitability will weigh the heaviest.

The client prefers male applicants.

You must be smoke-free.

Fluent Swedish is required.

Individual salary setting. Monthly salary or hourly wage. Collective agreement exists.
