We are now looking for a personal assistant as needed for a safe and positive 27-year-old guy with a great interest in sports. There is a well-developed implementation plan, and it is of utmost importance that you, as an applicant, are attentive, meticulous, and can work according to clear routines. The job involves being a physical support in daily life – monitoring the client's general condition and well-being, as well as assisting with various activities based on the client's unique needs. You need to be his extra arms and legs, helping with everything from personal hygiene, assistance, cooking, cleaning, and other chores.

As an assistant, it is important that you are observant and have the ability to stay one step ahead – to prevent and avoid risks and thereby contribute to a safe everyday life. You should be mature in your interactions and confident in handling both simpler and more demanding situations. You will work both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident in yourself, attentive, punctual, flexible, proactive, and has a genuine interest in your work. The client appreciates assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language.

Good physical strength is important for the assistant as there are some transfers involved.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience in personal assistance and caregiving is a plus, but personal suitability will weigh heaviest.

You must be smoke-free.

Speak fluent Swedish.

Individual salary setting. Monthly salary or hourly wage. Collective agreement exists.
