Do you want to be Theo's new assistant?

We are looking for someone who is willing to work all shifts, day, evening, weekend, and awake night with the possibility of a fixed schedule on a temporary contract.

Working as a personal assistant is fantastic, important, challenging, fun, and totally life-changing for both you and your client and their family.

For Theo's days and nights to function, you need to be organized, responsible, positive, and solution-focused. The work largely aims to help an entire family function and feel good, as the whole family is affected by how Theo feels and how secure his assistants are. This means you need to have strong social skills with a balanced sense of intuition.

We are a large team that places great importance on supporting each other, having fun together, and developing new ideas to create comfort and engagement. To be a good personal assistant, you need to have a high level of personal maturity where you can distinguish between your own needs and the needs of the person you are working with.
