Personal Assistant Wanted in Trosa

One of my assistants has chosen to pursue something else and has therefore resigned, which we find unfortunate. We are now looking for a full-time replacement as a personal assistant. I have 5 assistants during the day and always double staffing.

Several of my assistants have worked with me for many years and have high competence. Therefore, there are many opportunities for good training and support. There is a very good atmosphere in the group, so it is beneficial if you can easily adapt to new colleagues and tasks.

I live in a villa in Trosa, and the assistants have their own living room/lounge/kitchen, etc. All necessary aids are available.

As transportation to Trosa can be poor on weekends, we require that you have access to your own car and a driving license. It is an advantage if you live in the nearby area. I also have my own car that we often use for outings.

Swedish in speech and writing is a prerequisite for the position.

It is a great advantage if you have worked with similar tasks before.

Working Hours: The shifts are distributed on a rolling 6-week schedule with hours from 08:00 to 20:00, 08:00 to 22:00 every day, including weekends. This allows for long breaks between shifts. The scope is 30-38 hours/week.
