About the Job

We are looking for someone who wants to become a substitute in our team and work with us towards set goals. During the day, rehabilitation is often carried out in a gym environment, and we are specifically looking for you who have relevant experience and interest. For those who want an active and meaningful part-time job, this role will be rewarding and fun!

You share the view that every moment of the day is a training opportunity, and you want to be a supportive part of the rehabilitation process. You understand that repeated and long-term training is needed for successful rehabilitation. You also understand the importance of being patient, positive, and in good physical shape as an assistant.

Before you start the job, you will receive a thorough introduction where you will learn everything you need to know. The position involves daytime hours from 07:30 to 17:00 as needed.

Some Info:

• We are looking for someone approximately 25–45 years old.
• You must have a driver's license and access to a car, as we live about a 20-minute drive outside Trosa.
• We apply individual salary setting + overtime allowance according to collective agreements.
• It is great if you like dogs, as we have four-legged friends in the family.
• You must be injury-free and in good physical shape.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at SAAND Assistans is that you can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

Therefore, you need to present an extract from the police criminal register before a potential employment.
