Summer Job as Property Caretaker at Our Production Facilities Gärstad and Power Plant KV1!

We are now looking for two summer workers to strengthen our team in property production, focusing on simpler internal and external maintenance of our facilities.

About the Position:

As a property caretaker, you will work in a team of two, starting from our main facilities but also traveling to our outer facilities. Your tasks include, among other things, green area maintenance such as lawn mowing and trimming, fence inspection, painting, and some facility cleaning. The work also involves planning and structuring the workday based on weather and current needs. You are expected to work independently, be practically oriented and proactive, with a good safety mindset. The workday may vary and change based on different conditions.

We are looking for someone who:

Is practically oriented, responsible, and enjoys working both independently and in collaboration with others. You are proactive, have good teamwork skills, and appreciate a varied outdoor job. For the position, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a B driver's license, and be able to communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. The job also involves handling a trailer connected to a car. If you have experience in practical work or hold qualifications such as B96, brush cutter license, forklift license, lift, or fall protection, we consider it an advantage.

Scope:

The employment is for the summer of 2026 during the period 2026-06-01 – 2026-08-31. The position is full-time, 100%.
