JOB DESCRIPTION

One of our teachers is going on parental leave, and we are looking for a substitute for her for the upcoming school year. Are you the one we are looking for?

You will teach in grades 7-9 in SVA and Sports.

Each employee belongs to a work team led by their team leader, and you have a common meeting time in the team once a week. Employees in the team have most of their teaching assigned to their specific team.

You will collaborate with subject colleagues where development in the subject often occurs collectively with recurring subject team meetings. These subject teams develop, among other things, common frameworks regarding which subject areas (in each subject) are studied in which grade. At the same time, you as an individual teacher have great autonomy to conduct your teaching. All teaching is based in Google Classroom.

We continuously work at the organizational level to improve the organization and target efforts at the individual and group level to achieve as much as possible. The dynamics at the school are significant. We constantly change, adjust, and seek solutions to make it as good as possible for our students.
