We are looking for you who want to help shape the daily work from day one.

What we offer you!

The new and fresh Österåsbadet will soon open, and we are now looking for stars who want to help start up the pool. We offer you a job as pool staff where you will work with all the varied tasks that exist in a swimming hall, some of these include:

  • Welcoming visitors at the entrance and cash register,
  • Monitoring the pool,
  • Performing maintenance and care of our facilities,
  • Conducting swimming lessons and water aerobics.

You will be part of a team that focuses on service and interaction to ensure visitors have a great experience during their visit to the swimming hall. It is also important to us that our visitors feel safe and secure, and you will play a vital role in this work. We are in a development phase to offer a wider range of activities.

Your workplace will be at Österåsbadet.

We offer:

  • 2 permanent positions at 100%
  • 2 temporary positions at 100% for 9 months

The positions are to start as soon as possible or by agreement.

Who are you?

We need people with mixed competencies, but at the core, you need to have:

  • High school education
  • Be a qualified swimming instructor, preferably from the Swedish Lifesaving Society
  • Training in CPR
  • Be knowledgeable in swimming and lifesaving.

In addition to the basic requirements, you need to have one or more of the following competencies to be considered for the job:

  • Training in Aufguss/sauna host
  • Baby and mini swimming education
  • Training in water aerobics
  • Experience with the ACTOR system and self-control programs.

If you have work experience in swimming halls, it is an advantage.
