Summer Job as a Property Manager at Nykvarn Wastewater Treatment Plant!

About the position: As a property manager at the wastewater treatment plant and its associated facilities, you will be responsible for maintenance in the form of green space and property management. You will work alongside operations and maintenance staff at the facility. The tasks are varied and include lawn mowing and painting work. If you enjoy keeping things tidy and want to spend the summer outdoors, this summer job is for you!

We are looking for someone who is responsible, handy, and enjoys working in a team. You must be at least 18 years old, hold a B driver's license, and have good knowledge of the Swedish language. Previous experience in property management and/or gardening is an advantage.

Scope: The employment is for the summer of 2026, from June 15, 2026, to August 14, 2026. The position is full-time, 100%.
