Summer Job as Operations Technician at Our New Sorting Facility!

Do you want to be part of working at a completely new and groundbreaking process facility? Gärstad sorting facility is an innovative investment where we will mechanically sort household waste and significantly increase the amount of material that goes to recycling. We are now looking for summer substitutes who want to contribute to operations and develop work methods and routines.

About the Position:

As an operations technician, you will work with various tasks based on the operation and maintenance of the facility. Your duties may include both practical interventions and more operational tasks in the operations, as well as participating in the development of routines and work methods.

We are looking for someone with a technical education and practical experience, as well as good knowledge of the Office package. In this role, we expect you to be proactive, have good collaboration skills, and be flexible and unpretentious in your way of working. We also see that you are goal-oriented and contribute to creating structures and solutions effectively. It is an advantage if you have a background as an operations technician, process engineer, or within the process industry.

For the position, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a B driver's license, and have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Scope:

The employment is for the summer of 2026 during the period 2026-06-01 – 2026-08-31. The position is full-time, 100%.
