Our clients in Jönköping County and surrounding areas are now seeking reinforcement for various support and service functions. We would love to have an initial interview with you to tell you more about our assignments, which clients we collaborate with, and together find the role that suits you best!

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have experience in customer service or technical support – either through previous work or education

• You have excellent communication skills and are used to interacting with customers in a professional and service-oriented manner

• You are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy having multiple cases ongoing simultaneously

• You are comfortable working administratively and using various IT systems, and you quickly adapt to new tools and routines

• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing 

• You enjoy working both independently and in a team. We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and has a strong desire to help others
