Project Manager with Sales Focus at Hestra Inredningar

About Hestra Inredningar

Hestra Inredningar is a Småland-based family business in its fourth generation that designs, produces, and installs store fixtures throughout the Nordic region. With our own production in Småland and our own design and project teams, we take responsibility for the whole; from idea and construction to production, logistics, and assembly.

We currently have around 130 employees and generate approximately 500 million SEK in revenue. Our headquarters is located in Hestra, but we also have a presence in Norway, Denmark, and Finland, delivering store concepts to many of the largest retail chains in the Nordics.

About the Role

As a project manager, you will be part of our project team where you work closely with colleagues in design, construction, purchasing, and production. You will play an important role in coordinating and following up on our customer projects and gradually take on more responsibility for managing your own larger projects.

• Plan and follow up on projects together with experienced colleagues.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Keep track of timelines and deliveries, ensuring that the project progresses at the right pace.
• Take overall responsibility for (initially) smaller customers.
• With drive and commitment, find and develop new customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who:

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can easily create structure even when many parts need to be coordinated. You are curious, meticulous, and enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and customers.

• Is organized and solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
• Wants to develop in project sales and has an interest in business and customer relationships.
• Has a technical interest and understanding of how our solutions are built and developed.
• Has a natural desire to grow and develop in your role.
• Is unpretentious, a team player, and has good collaboration skills.

Experience in sales and processes in a manufacturing industry is an advantage, but your attitude and drive are the most important.
