In the role of operational buyer, you will work closely with both internal functions and suppliers to ensure that materials are available on time and according to agreed terms. The work is varied and combines operational and tactical elements. The role is characterized by collaboration, communication, and ongoing follow-up, providing great insight into several parts of the business. You play a central role in daily dialogue with suppliers and serve as a natural point of contact. You will also collaborate closely with strategic buyers and the rest of the organization.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Preparing and placing purchase orders based on needs, planning, and applicable agreements

• Ensuring that prices, delivery times, and terms comply with agreements

• Following up on purchase orders and deliveries and managing deviations

• Updating delivery dates in the business system in case of changes

• Maintaining daily contact with suppliers

• Providing feedback to production and material planning regarding changes or delivery risks

• Monitoring and analyzing supplier delivery precision

• Participating in export control work in collaboration with the responsible function

• Assisting supplier quality managers in claims cases through administration of returns, order adjustments, and follow-up

• Approving supplier invoices

• Education in purchasing/logistics or equivalent at least at KY/YH level

• At least 1 year of experience in operational purchasing

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Driver's license B

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent
