Your tasks

As a customer service representative with a sales focus, you will work with the private market in a broad and responsible role. You will be part of a friendly work environment where responsibility, collaboration, and engagement are in focus. At the same time, you will work in modern and advanced operational systems, which places high demands on quality, service, and accurate handling.

In this role, you will handle customer cases from start to finish – often simultaneously in multiple systems – and guide customers regarding electricity contracts, subscriptions, and other services. You will combine service and sales with administrative work and have many points of contact, both internally and externally.

The role includes, among other things, that you:

• Provide customer service and advice via phone and case management systems

• Work with new contracts and renewals of electricity trading agreements for individuals

• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and network companies regarding customer and contract-related issues

• Work with various administrative tasks and customer cases related to waste management in Tranås municipality

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is very familiar with systems and who thrives in a role where accuracy, attention to detail, and structure are crucial for the work to be done correctly. You find it easy to understand new and complex IT systems, are used to working in multiple systems simultaneously, and use the Office suite effortlessly as a natural part of your daily routine. You also communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

You are a team player who understands the value of collaboration, responsibility, and common working methods. With us, we succeed together – which requires you to be structured, reliable, and take full responsibility for your tasks, even in a fast-paced environment and when conditions change.

At the same time, you have a strong humanitarian and social ability. You meet customers professionally and confidently, regardless of the situation, and communicate with:

You leave nothing half-done, follow cases all the way to completion, and can stand by the work you deliver – both to customers and colleagues.
