Solbackens Preschool is looking for a substitute childcare worker

Job Description

In the role of childcare worker, you are exploratory, challenging, and provide tools for knowledge seekers.

You convey joy and enthusiasm for interaction and cooperation with other children and adults. You are involved in planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating the activities together with preschool teachers and other team members. We work based on applicable governing documents. Reflection and documentation are an important part of our work.

We are looking for you who are a qualified childcare worker. Together with a preschool teacher and other staff in the department, you will participate in the educational work based on current governing documents. You are active in teaching and involved in the pedagogical development at the preschool. You have experience working actively with pedagogical documentation and the systematic quality work of the activities together with other educators.

You have the ability to work independently and in groups, take personal responsibility, and are clear with children, parents, and colleagues. You have a professional approach, a child focus, are engaged, and have great curiosity and trust in each child's ability. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

For this position, presenting a valid extract from the police criminal record is a prerequisite for employment.
