About you

We want you, as an applicant, to be:

- A qualified preschool teacher with a preschool teacher license.

- Responsible, flexible, and committed.

- A person who takes great responsibility for your assignment.

- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as in English.

- Professional in your interactions with children, colleagues, and guardians.

- Good at collaborating with others.

- Caring and able to build relationships and provide children with security.

- Able to share your knowledge and inspire both children and colleagues, approaching children with joy and wonder.

- Experienced in leading teaching in preschool based on the preschool curriculum.

Your tasks:

- Planning, monitoring, and developing teaching.

- Leading activities and being responsible for guiding education in all areas based on the preschool curriculum.

- Responsible for collaboration and communication with guardians.

- Educational documentation and information about methods and education.

- Actively participate in systematic quality work.
