Moraberg Study Center is a small school with about 200 students where we have gathered teachers and a student health team with specialized competence for students who want to qualify for national programs and/or develop their new language, Swedish. Students have the opportunity to take upper secondary courses in combination with primary school subjects. Our goal is to motivate and guide students further to continued studies or to working life.
At Moraberg Study Center, all students should feel welcome, seen, and understood, and a warm and relationship-oriented climate should prevail.
At Moraberg Study Center, students choose to study in one of the following introductory programs: Language Introduction or Vocational Introduction towards Stylist and Motorcycle Mechanics. The school is also responsible for the municipal activity responsibility, where we, among other things, offer Individual Alternatives.

Your tasks

Your work includes planning and teaching classes when the regular teacher is absent. If necessary, you will teach all primary school subjects in Language Introduction, Vocational Introduction, and Individual Alternatives. You may also need to support outreach work within the municipal activity responsibility by reaching out to young people between 16 and 19 years old (not yet 20) who are not engaged in any activity and motivate them back to studies.
We see the whole school as a learning organization where joint training, workshops, and collegial learning are important parts. Exciting development work is constantly ongoing at the school, where part of it is that all staff have good knowledge of NPF.

Who are you?

You are a teacher student and have progressed well in your education and completed your internship in middle school or high school. You have good knowledge of the school's mission and are well acquainted with the current curriculum and other governing documents. Based on this, you have the ability to plan and adapt your teaching to the individual needs of students. You believe in students' willingness and ability to succeed, and you constantly strive to develop your teaching to provide students with the best conditions.

- You have a good ability to identify success factors for student learning and believe in each individual's development potential
- You are responsible and approach your work with great commitment

Requirements:
- You are studying the subject teacher program with a focus on Swedish as a second language in combination with another subject.
- You have worked as a substitute teacher.

Meritorious:
- Good knowledge of NPF
- Taught in language introduction
