Supervisor for Summer Interns

We are looking for supervisors for summer interns in the following areas: Centrum, Norrby, Brickebacken, Vivalla, Varberga/Oxhagen.

Your role, qualifications, and who you are

We are looking for someone with some form of leadership training and/or experience in leading children and youth, as well as the ability to create engagement and interest among children and youth. The position involves working independently to lead and distribute tasks to a group of summer interns. The interns are between 15 and 18 years old. You will be responsible for about 7 youths per supervisor. We believe it is important that you actively participate in all tasks that you are leading the group to perform.

The summer work will have several different focuses, including property maintenance, creating enjoyable activities for our tenants, and children's activities. We are looking for several supervisors for our summer initiative, which will take place in various neighborhoods. As a supervisor, you will be placed in one of these neighborhoods. We will have several focuses across different areas, where knowledge in the various fields is advantageous. The tasks will always involve leading and engaging children and youth.

We place great value on being structured, having good administrative skills, and being a self-starter who dares to take initiatives where needed. It is important that you can work the entire period. We emphasize personal suitability.

Working hours:

8 AM - 5 PM, with some evening work possible.

The summer internship program runs during weeks 25 – 30. Mandatory introductory training will take place during week 24.

Employment type

Temporary. Full-time. Start date according to agreement. Selection will be ongoing. A criminal record check will be requested.
