Team Norra consists of Gräfsnäs preschool, Magra preschool, Rävlyan preschool, Sollebrunn preschool, Stora Mellby preschool, and our Open preschool. We are now looking for you who want to work as a substitute preschool teacher and become part of our dedicated team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for ensuring that the teaching is conducted in accordance with the goals in the curriculum. Together with your colleagues, you plan, implement, and document the educational work. You recognize the importance of everyone in the work team being involved and that you work as a team. In order to develop learning for the children, you reflect together with your colleagues on your and the team's pedagogical approach.

We work based on the preschool curriculum and are present adults who capture the children's interests. You take pedagogical responsibility for developing the operations so that the children are challenged and stimulated to acquire new skills, experiences, and knowledge. You contribute to making the education fun, safe, and educational.

As a resource in the work, each preschool has access to a child health team with a special educator and principal. Together with the work team, pedagogical and health-promoting development areas are highlighted as support to meet each child and group of children in the best way. TAKK (signs as complementary and alternative communication) and visual support are aids in our joint work.

Working as a preschool teacher offers unique and significant opportunities to influence and contribute to children's development. As a preschool teacher, you help create a positive and developing environment, with a good balance of care and learning, that is created daily for each child and for the entire group of children.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed preschool teacher or is awaiting their license. You have previous experience in the profession and if you have a mentoring education, this is an advantage. You are well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents and we expect you to have a curiosity and willingness to explore and develop your own practice by linking it to proven experience and research.

As a person, you are secure in your role and have an easy time collaborating, while you can work independently and enjoy taking responsibility. You have a good ability to create and maintain good relationships, and a genuine interest and commitment to children, their development, and learning. You possess pedagogical insight and adapt your way of conveying information based on the recipient's needs. To succeed in the role, you are flexible and have the ability to think positively even in challenging situations.
