For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for an employee for Technical Support of Instrument & Tool Services for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consultancy assignment for about 6 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility

Tools & Instrument delivers tools and instruments for projects involving new installations of turbines as well as service assignments. We handle approximately 3,000 orders annually, and calibration is done in our own accredited laboratory. We are now looking for reinforcement for our technical support group within Instrument & Tool Services. In this role, you are an important link in the chain that ensures the right instruments and tool kits are delivered with the correct content. The position is primarily focused on creating equipment structures in SAP and creating partners in PLM2020, maintaining existing tool sets when updates come. You will also be support for our team in the workshop that physically handles the equipment. You have a strong quality focus and are meticulous in your work, adhering to agreed working methods. We would like you to be comfortable communicating with both internal interfaces and external customers, in Swedish and English – via Teams, phone, or email. Examples of equipment handled: hydraulics, hand tools, flow meters, laser equipment, cabling, and measuring probes.

Your Profile

Previous experience in a similar role and/or a technical or logistical academic education. Experienced in working administratively with many contact points. Familiar with systems.

Previous work in the industry
Knowledge of SAP business systems
Knowledge of PLM2020
