For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Field Service Planner for Nysidan for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where there are many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs with a very good chance of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the last application date.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Field Service Planner, you will be responsible for planning resources within gas turbine projects globally. You will work closely with both the team and our internal interfaces to ensure that the right skills are in the right place at the right time. The role requires you to be communicative, receptive, and able to drive issues forward. You will be a central contact point in the planning and need to manage complex flows with clarity and commitment. Our team currently consists of over 33 employees, and the team is divided into different functions that handle everything from preparation, visas, and invoicing, etc. to the Field Service Organization. Your tasks include:

Operational and strategic planning of field resources.
Coordination with interfaces, internally and globally.
Management of planning flows in systems such as OnePM and SalesForce, etc.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience in service and/or logistics.
The ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple parallel tasks.
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent.
Experience working in an international environment.
Knowledge of OnePM, SalesForce.
