- contributing to structure, safety, and predictability in students' daily lives
- supporting communication, participation, and independence based on each student's conditions, including good contact with guardians
- actively participating in planning and implementing educational and social activities
- working relationship-building and low-affectively in meetings with students
- supporting students in their personal care, which may involve toilet visits, diaper changes, dressing and undressing, and assistance during meals
- performing and following up on self-care according to applicable routines and instructions.
Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you need to have experience working in an adapted primary school or similar setting and working with students with intellectual disabilities, NPF, and/or extensive support needs.
We see that you have experience with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), such as visual supports or sign language. You also need to have knowledge of low-affective approaches and basic digital skills for documentation and communication. The job requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are secure and stable in yourself and have a good understanding of who you are and how you function.
