Job Responsibilities In your primary role as a Warranty Administrator with us at BMW Uppsala, you will ensure that the general agent's warranty policy and warranty regulations are followed. You will assess and invoice various types of warranty cases, follow up on warranty claims, and investigate warranty matters. It is important to have knowledge of the regulations surrounding warranties and to ensure that warranty payments are made by the general agents. The position also includes a part as a service advisor with customer interaction, advice, damage calculations, etc.

Key Competencies/Abilities

• High school education in Automotive Technology or equivalent vocational training

• Experience in the automotive industry, demonstrating good social skills and delivery towards customers

• Good computer and phone skills

• Strong service mindset and the attitude to find the best solutions for our customers

• Goal-oriented and driven with high motivation

• Valid B driver's license

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
