Our client is a civil engineering company with a strong focus on landscaping and courtyards, primarily operating in the city and on the northern side of Stockholm. They are currently in an exciting growth phase with several new projects underway, including assignments that require you to pass a security clearance. About the position

As a site manager, you will be responsible for planning resources, ensuring that the right materials are in place, and leading employees in daily production. You will conduct safety inspections, follow up on workplace safety requirements, and handle administration, documentation, and financial matters related to the project. You will participate in safety rounds, workplace safety, and construction meetings and play an important role in creating a safe and efficient workplace with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

• Daily leadership and motivation of employees.
• Resource and material planning.
• Safety inspections and workplace safety follow-up.
• Project administration (e.g., diaries, self-checks, invoice approvals).
• Participate in meetings and establish KMA plans as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education.
• At least three years of experience as a site manager in civil engineering.
• Broad competence in civil engineering contracting.
• Good knowledge of AMA, MER, and contract law (AB04/ABT06).
• Familiar with workplace safety regulations and construction processes.
• Swedish citizen – must pass a security clearance.
• Good computer skills and experience with digital tools and calculations (Excel).
• Driver's license B and certifications in BAS-U, hot work, and work on roads.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.
