We are looking for a Project Manager for Planning, Permits, and Agreements for the Roslagsbanan project to a government authority in the field of traffic.

This is a consulting assignment. The work location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

Project Manager responsible for planning, permits, and agreements within a larger public transport project. The role involves leading a team and consulting organizations to ensure the development of railway plans, environmental permits, and property law agreements within established frameworks. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, management, control, follow-up, and reporting of work within these areas, as well as managing interfaces with other parts of the organization and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create clear frameworks for the work within the project.

Propose and participate in organizational development.

Prepare information and decision support materials.

Review produced materials.

Plan, lead, and follow up on meetings.

Collaborate with other parts of the project and within the organization.

Engage with relevant stakeholders.

Identify, (in some cases) own, follow up, and report risks related to your part of the organization.

Requirements (Mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Education: You must have a university degree in project management or related to planning, environment, or agreements.

Professional experience in Planning, Permits, Agreements: You must have at least 8 years of work experience with either Detailed Planning, Railway Planning, Environmental Permits, or Agreement Issues, or a combination of these areas.

Professional experience in Project Management: You must have at least 2 years of experience in a leading position that included work with railway planning according to the law on railway construction.

Public Administration: You must have worked in a procurement role within public administration in a leading position in at least 2 projects or for at least 3 years.

Professional experience in Consultation Process: You must have been responsible for or held a leading position in at least 2 public consultations.

Desirable

You should have experience from at least 1 complex infrastructure project in an urban environment with a project budget of at least 500 million SEK.

You should have at least 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure projects.

Certification: You should have certification in project management, e.g., IPMA, Prince2, PMI, CAPM.
