Do you have experience in scheduling, are structured and communicative, and thrive in complex projects? Entrecon Consulting continuously receives requests from our clients for skilled and experienced schedulers.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

Scheduling or production planning in construction or civil engineering projects:

• Identify needs and conduct in-depth time analyses
• Work with risk identification and conduct risk analyses
• Visualize and communicate schedules
• Provide decision support to management
• Coordinate the main schedule review
• Further develop and implement working methods
• Create schedules linked to all different phases of the project
• Work in MS Project, Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or Office Timeline
• Follow standards and guidelines
• Maintain close dialogue with project managers, project controllers, and technical experts to build relevant connections between project activities and milestones
• Participate in follow-up meetings and continuously update schedules
• Evaluate schedules against time, risk, and quality

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Has a university degree or equivalent education and experience
• Has several years of experience in scheduling or production planning in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Has good knowledge of scheduling tools, e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or Office Timeline
• Has good knowledge of Excel and other Office applications
