Do you have experience leading and distributing work in large earthworks and construction projects? Is leadership and quality close to your heart? Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our clients for senior and experienced site managers in earthworks and construction.

We accept applications continuously and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

In the role of site manager, you are responsible for leading and distributing work while ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained, with quality intact. It is a developing role where you, on both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and the work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 10 years of experience in earthworks or construction projects, including at least 3-5 years as a site manager for construction/earthworks contracts.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive, decisive, and communicative leader with a good overall perspective and the ability to lead teams and distribute work. Furthermore, you have:

• Documented experience in a similar role with complex earthworks and construction projects where multiple technical components interact, such as asphalt, curbs, pipes, water and sewage, excavation, sheet piling, and blasting.
• Procurement
• AMA
• Regulation
• Project economics and scheduling

A degree in construction technology from a university or vocational school and solid experience in personnel responsibility in previous positions are advantageous. You should also have experience with and be able to handle the most commonly used digital tools.
