Do you have experience in leading and distributing concrete work in infrastructure and/or construction projects? Is leadership and quality close to your heart? Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our clients for senior and experienced site managers/block managers in concrete. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and contractors. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site. 

The Assignment 

In the role of site manager/block manager for concrete, you are responsible for leading and distributing the work and ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained, with quality upheld. It is a developing role where you, on both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and the work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects, including at least 3-5 years as a site manager/block manager for concrete/construction contracts.

Competence

We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with a good overall perspective and the ability to lead groups and distribute work. Furthermore, you have: 

• Documented experience in a similar role with complex concrete/construction contracts where multiple technical components interact.
• Procurement
• AMA
• Regulation
• Project economy and scheduling
• At least concrete class 1

Meritorious is a construction engineering education from a university or vocational school and experience with personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience and be able to handle the most commonly used digital tools.
