Do you have experience in project management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives ongoing requests from our clients for skilled and experienced project managers.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site. 

The Assignment 

The assignments can be new construction or renovation projects, residential or commercial, primarily in Stockholm/Mälardalen. The role of the project manager involves independently leading and being responsible for the current construction project, from the early idea stage to handover to management in new construction or to the client after completing a renovation project.

The project manager role thus entails overall responsibility for each construction project, where the project manager shall: 

-   lead the project's actors

-   negotiate land purchases

-   drive detailed planning work

-   procure consultants and contractors

-   be responsible for design documents 

-   be responsible for the execution of contracts

-   establish and reconcile the production budget

-   follow up and report on the project

The project manager has a clear responsibility for results and acts as the client's and developer's representative at construction meetings, design meetings, development meetings, meetings with authorities, etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for a business-oriented, results-driven, and market-oriented project manager with several years of professional experience in the real estate industry. We see an advantage if you have an academic degree, preferably with a focus on construction or equivalent.

You have experience from the contracting side where you have worked on self-developed projects and understand the entire chain in both new construction and renovation projects, from idea and land purchase to handover. It is an advantage if you have experience in buying and selling processes regarding land and properties.

 The role requires good knowledge in planning, design, and project management with management and project control, cost monitoring, budget, and forecasting work, as well as production. Knowledge of contract law is highly meritorious.

 We believe that you are well-established in the industry with a developed network, customer and market-oriented with a strong drive. Furthermore, you are expected to be a pronounced team player, proactive with the ability to conduct and complete initiated projects in a business-like manner. We believe that being structured, responsible, analytical, and quick to prioritize are important qualities for succeeding in this position.
