Do you have experience in project management of large industrial projects and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives ongoing requests from our clients for skilled and experienced project managers.

The Assignment

The assignments will involve new construction, renovation, and expansion of industrial facilities, and the role of the project manager entails independently leading and being responsible for the current construction project.

The project manager role entails overall responsibility for each construction project, where the project manager shall:

- lead the project's stakeholders

- negotiate land purchases

- drive detailed planning work

- procure consultants and contractors

- be responsible for design documents

- be responsible for the execution of contracts

- establish and reconcile production budgets

- follow up and report on the project

The project manager has a stated responsibility for results and acts as the client and developer representative at construction meetings, design meetings, development meetings, meetings with authorities, etc.

Competence

We are looking for a business-oriented, results-driven, and market-oriented project manager with several years of professional experience from industrial projects. We see an advantage if you have an academic degree, preferably with a focus on construction or equivalent.

You have experience from the contracting side where you have worked with both new construction and renovation projects, from idea and land purchase to handover.

The role requires good knowledge in planning, design, and project management with management and project control, cost tracking, budget and forecasting work, as well as production. Knowledge of contract law is highly meritorious, and you should have qualifications as a safety coordinator BAS P and BAS U.

We believe that you are well-established in the industry with a developed network, customer- and market-oriented with a strong drive. Furthermore, you are expected to be a pronounced team player, proactive with the ability to conduct and complete initiated projects in a businesslike manner. We believe that being structured, responsible, analytical, and quick to prioritize are important qualities for succeeding in this position.
