Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our clients for senior and experienced concrete foremen. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and contractors. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

In the role of concrete foreman, you will be responsible for leading and distributing work while ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained, with quality intact. It is a developing role where you, at both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and working environments in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects, of which at least 2-3 years as a foreman for concrete/civil engineering contracts.

Qualifications

We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with a good overall perspective and the ability to lead groups and distribute work. Furthermore, you have:

• Documented experience in a similar role with complex concrete/civil engineering contracts where multiple technical parts interact.
• Procurement
• AMA
• Regulation
• Project economics and scheduling
• At least concrete class 2, preferably concrete class 1

It is advantageous to have a technical education from a university or vocational school as well as experience with personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience and be able to handle the most commonly used digital tools in the market.
