Carpenter with Ground Experience – Luxury Job in the Archipelago

We are now looking for a carpenter who not only loves wood but is also comfortable with the ground work that ensures the build is right from the start.

Job Responsibilities (Carpentry + Ground)

You will work broadly on projects – often from start to finish. Examples of job responsibilities:

Carpentry:

• Building service, renovations, and custom solutions
• Decks, facades, frameworks, interior carpentry, and fine carpentry
• Assembly and finish with high quality

Ground/Construction (important in the role):

• Preparation of ground for construction: excavation, building up, load-bearing layers, leveling
• Foundation preparations for example for decks, conservatories, storage, and smaller constructions
• Drainage-related work (depending on the project)
• Setting curbs/borders, paving on a smaller scale, restoration, and fine planning
• Work with laser/leveling and fall (you should be the one who “makes it straight and right”)

(We work with many skilled partners – but you should be comfortable doing ground work when needed.)

We are looking for someone who

• Has a vocational certificate as a carpenter or equivalent documented experience
• Has ground experience and enjoys doing the preparatory work properly
• Is independent, structured, and responsible
• Likes to work in a team and contributes to a good atmosphere on site
• Is meticulous, safety-conscious, and wants to deliver quality you can be proud of

Meritorious

• Experience in drainage, foundation preparations, and leveling/laser
• Machine experience (e.g., vibratory plate, saw, compactor, smaller machines)
• BE driver's license / experience with trailers
• Experience with archipelago projects (logistics, transport, weather, planning)

About Wolfbuilder AB

Our head office is located in picturesque Vaxholm, and we work in Stockholm County and the beautiful archipelago. We have a great love for building heritage and also create custom-built wardrobes and special carpentry where function meets form in every detail. We also work with architects and are involved from the start to the end of the build.
