Here, you will use all your skills: from the first customer contact, calculations, and quotes – to leading the project all the way to completion together with architects and site managers.

The luxury with us?

You have several disciplines directly in-house: carpenters, tilers, architects, painters, cabinetmakers, and site managers – with close and long-term collaboration with our subcontractors in electrical, plumbing, and landscaping. This gives you as a project manager full oversight, better control, and a real team to rely on.

You are the one who

• Has the first contact with the customer
• Prepares quotes for the customer
• Leads the project through the entire process
• Ensures an efficient and profitable execution
• Contributes to developing our working methods, our projects – and the entire Wolfbuilder

Maintaining close contact with subcontractors as well as with customers and suppliers is an important part of your job and crucial for optimal planning of tasks.

To succeed as a project manager with us, you are an engaged team player with clear leadership. You are a calm and secure person with good self-confidence. Through your way of being, you are a role model for your colleagues, and you easily engage and get the team on board. You are structured and decisive and have a genuine interest in quality and sales.

Formal requirements

• Project management education
• 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in construction services
• Experience in preparing quotes for private customers
• You have good knowledge of the Office suite and are accustomed to working digitally.

Merits

• Experience working with clients from the public sector
• Good knowledge of languages other than Swedish

You have experience managing and driving projects, particularly renovation and reconstruction projects. You have the ability to lead projects together with the team in a pedagogical manner. You are proactive and enjoy collaborating. You approach challenges with flexibility and openness. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your workdays. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Salary: By agreement
