JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to document according to the requirements of the organization
• Comfortable working with both women and men
• A police background check is required upon employment

Meritorious (depending on the organization)

• Educational background in pedagogy, nursing, or as a nursing assistant
• Experience in disability care or elderly care
• Experience in dementia care, short-term accommodation, or personal assistance
• Training in low-arousal approach
• Delegated care tasks
• Driver's license
• Ability to cycle

Personal qualities

Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities, such as having a good view of people, being attentive, empathetic, responsible, and flexible. You enjoy working both independently and in a group.
