Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Security Officer for a prestigious office in central Stockholm. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 (weekend-free days). The role is a combination of security work and reception duties, where you will become an important part of the client's daily operations. Essentially, it is a stationary security officer position where you will be placed at our client. The majority of the work is conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and staff together with the property receptionist.
• Be responsible for security routines and follow-up according to the client's detailed instructions.
• Manage access controls and security incidents.
• Participate in daily security meetings and report to the Security Manager.
• Collaborate with Facility Management and external parties to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Trained security guard with at least Vu2
• High school diploma
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school and very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• At least 5 years of experience in security, preferably in a corporate environment.
• High service orientation and social competence – you are the face of the client.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to write detailed reports in English.

Preferred

• Post-secondary education from a vocational school or university

• The position is a full-time employment with start date as agreed. We apply a 6-month probationary period.

To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to the respective legislation, a background check will be conducted. Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
