About the job

As a midwife, you will work independently with reproductive and sexual health.

Your duties include pregnancy monitoring, gynecological cell tests, contraceptive counseling, vaccinations, and STI prevention work. You will also work with telephone counseling, digital healthcare meetings, and supervising students.

About you

You should be a licensed midwife with prescribing rights. As a person, you are independent, flexible, and have good collaborative skills. Having a professional attitude and a positive approach towards both patients and colleagues is a given. Experience working in a midwifery clinic is an advantage, but personal suitability is highly valued.

About us

Gamlestadstorget's midwifery clinic is part of area M4, which includes midwifery clinics in Gothenburg and surrounding municipalities. The entire area is HBTQ-certified, and we work according to ISO management and quality system 9001:2015.

With us, six midwives, one nursing assistant, and one assistant work. We have close collaboration with doctors, BVC clinics, and psychologists.

Conditions

You will be based at the clinic in Gamlestaden, but you may also work at one of the area's other clinics.
