They offer modern technical solutions and sustainable energy solutions that pay off – for both the wallet and the climate.

Over the years, the company has helped thousands of property owners and housing associations reduce their energy costs by hundreds of millions of kronor. They measure electricity, hot and cold water, and temperature in properties and in residents' apartments. The measurement systems often include solar panel installations and charging stations for electric vehicles.

The head office is located in Sollentuna and the company has around 55 employees.

Your future

The after-sales department is growing with more contract customers, and this is where you are needed!

In the role of support technician, you will answer questions and assist customers with the operation and support of existing systems. You will work in a ticket management system and handle a range of cases that vary in scope and complexity. You will be part of a team of about 10 people characterized by good camaraderie and high technical competence.

As a technical customer support technician, you will work with troubleshooting, check and ensure the quality of the installers' work, and ensure correct delivery and performance to customers. You will receive the right conditions to succeed in your work through a structured introduction plan over 3 weeks, followed by ongoing training to build competence regarding new technology.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of work experience in Sweden in a similar role as a support technician

Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

Completed upper secondary education in areas such as IT, technology, or electrical engineering

Good knowledge of Data and IT (we do not accept applications from those who do not have this competence)

Meritorious

Post-secondary degree in areas such as network technology and/or electrical engineering

Experience in a service profession, preferably in 2nd line support

Knowledge of IP and/or network technology
