We are looking for a Personal Assistant, for an adult man living between Örebro and Karlskoga!

The position is part-time, during the day, evening, and weekends. 50-75% according to agreement.

You will have the opportunity to make a difference in this man's life! You will be offered a fun and varied job in terms of tasks and pace, no day is the same as the other.

The tasks can be very varied and involve personal assistance in and outside the home in the form of personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and leisure activities. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends on a rolling schedule. However, you also need to be prepared to step in at short notice if needed due to illness, etc. The work may also involve shorter and longer trips with the client.

You will be part of a team of personal assistants selected by and for your client. It is therefore incredibly important to have a good work ethic, where everyone supports each other and can work with short notice if needed, due to illness, etc.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are an animal lover, have joy in your work, and have a humanitarian outlook. You are straightforward in communication and honest. You are responsible and quick-thinking in various everyday situations, as well as resourceful and independent.

If you have any form of academic experience or background, it is a plus for the position, and as extra staff, it is excellent if you are a student and aspiring social worker, behavioral scientist, or similar who sees this as a great opportunity to work extra or as needed.

Good knowledge of computers, handling Windows, Word, and similar programs is considered very meritorious.

You must be able to speak fluent Swedish as this is a job where good communication is very important and have a driver's license and your own car to get to and from work as it is not possible to reach the client by public transport.
