Be a part of a prioritized area of Swedbank and play a key role ensuring that Swedbank has an updated and functioning AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and help make accurate data-driven solutions based on advanced analytics to combat financial crime and lower risk.
Develop, manage and maintain data to provide robust and reliable analytical solutions to drive insights and make informed decisions.
Work as a team and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure data matches requirements, quality, availability, performance, and insight.

We seek individuals with a desire to develop reliable and transparent data, with experience including:
Self-starter with previous proven data development experience.
Collaboration within a team to discuss, design, and develop pragmatic solutions.
Prioritizing simple and effective data flows that deliver business needs.
Previous experience working with SAFe and agile-based deliveries (meriting).
In-depth technical knowledge covering:
Hands-on with building Data solutions, including data integration, transformation (ETL/ELT), and end-to-end implementation.
Proven experience with data modeling, defining and developing data entities, structures, and relationships, and ensuring consistency.
Hands-on with programming, including either Python, SQL, or Java.
Optimization, fine-tuning either through spark/Py-spark is an added advantage.
Experience with implementing (ETL/ELT) pipelines to clean, transform, and process data. Multi-system integration experience (is a plus).
Experience in exploring and working with new technologies and functionalities. Proven knowledge working through Proof-of-value to productionized data solutions.
Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, including:
Connecting with stakeholders across the organization to help them get the most out of data and data science.
Interest in the bigger picture to help define and prioritize work from both technical and business perspectives.
Clear understanding of technical, functional/non-functional requirements.
Good to have:
Experience working within highly regulated sectors, i.e., Banking and Financial services, having knowledge and understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) functions.
Has leveraged advanced analytics to help combat economic crime and lower risk.
