The project is in the implementation phase and a contract with the vehicle supplier has been signed. As a project manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered according to the established scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves broad responsibility and a high degree of collaboration, both internally and externally, where English is used continuously in contact with the supplier.

You will work with, among other things:

• Leading, planning, and following up on the project's implementation within the approved scope

• Ensuring that the project's frameworks for time, cost, and content (TKI) are adhered to

• Responsible for the project's staffing and resource allocation

• Driving and following up on risk management and handling deviations

• Reporting project status and preparing decision-making material for program management, project manager, and sponsor

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as well as adjacent projects

• Ensuring that the vehicle supplier delivers according to the agreement

• Working on continuous improvements of working methods, routines, and governing documents

• Ensuring that the project's results can be handed over to management

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.

• At least 10 years of documented experience working as a project manager in rail vehicles or similar industry with international suppliers and/or clients.

• At least 5 years of documented experience working as the responsible project manager for delivery projects in rail vehicles primarily in the delivery phase (construction to commissioning).

• At least 5 years of documented experience as the responsible project manager on the client side for delivery projects in rail vehicles primarily in the delivery phase (construction to commissioning).

• At least 2 years of documented experience as the responsible project manager on the supplier side for rail vehicle projects.

• At least 2 years of documented experience as a project manager in railway infrastructure (track, depot, or electrical power).
