We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Construction & Installations for a long-term and complex infrastructure assignment in the Stockholm region. The assignment involves coordination and management of design for construction and installation work within a larger subway and construction project.

You will work with, among other things:

• Leading and convening regular progress meetings

• Ensuring coordination of technical interfaces between construction, installations, and adjacent contracts

• Responsible for the overall design schedule for construction and installations

• Ensuring that governing routines, working methods, and guidelines exist and are followed

• Monitoring regarding time, cost, quality, work environment, sustainability, and accessibility

• Leading decision forums for construction and installation-related design issues

• If necessary, lead one or more sub-assignments, such as station buildings.

• Coordinating the work of the project managers throughout the design process

• Education of at least a technology bachelor's degree at a university with a focus on construction technology

• At least 12 years of experience in project management within construction and installations for both private and public clients

• Experience as a project manager for at least one larger project (> 1 billion SEK) and complex building projects with concrete and wooden structures in urban areas

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager with at least four subordinates for design assignments within construction and installations

• Experience with at least 5 projects as a project manager within ROT (Renovation, Reconstruction, Extension)

• Experience with at least one building project in construction components or construction environments, such as structures exposed to water pressure, difficult ground conditions, various foundation methods, and sheet piling work

• Documented training in VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) and experience working with VDC

• Documented training in construction work environment coordination Bas U/P

• Control responsibility according to PBL (Planning and Building Act)

• Experience with railway and/or subway-specific installations

• Documented training in ICE methodology within VDC

• Employment with Edge of Talent with security and support throughout the assignment
