The changing global situation means that our defense needs to be strengthened and the increased intelligence activities against Sweden and the Armed Forces are extensive. The Military Intelligence and Security Service (Must) conducts defense intelligence operations and military intelligence and security services to support Swedish foreign, defense, and security policy, as well as to map external threats to Sweden.

About the Unit
Must's internal security service actively works to prevent and counter security threats in the areas of information security, physical protection, and personnel security. The Information Management Section, where the position is located, is responsible for all access management in internal information systems. The unit has high competence both militarily and civilly, with extensive experience from military and other relevant societal areas.
Main Responsibilities
The work primarily involves access management in our information systems, case management, both internally and externally. In the role, you will also conduct training sessions once a year. We work in a team where the tasks are both varied, developing, and in some cases challenging. The position will lead to specialized competence in access management.
Qualifications
- Completed upper secondary education
- Several years of experience in administrative work deemed relevant by the employer
- Good IT skills
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in information and access administration
- Experience working in IS UNDSÄK
- Good experience handling classified information
- Experience in similar work within a government agency
- Experience working within the Armed Forces
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is engaged, structured, responsible, and has high integrity. To thrive in the job, you should enjoy working with administration and have a desire to support others with problem-solving and provide good service. We therefore prefer that you find it easy to make contacts and build trust. You should be able to work independently and be proactive in any personal projects, but also be a team player who works well in a group. The pace can be high at times, and you should be able to step up when the situation requires it.
You will work in a competent organization that values high quality and demands a lot from its employees, and an important part is to actively participate in development and change work. Since the work involves tasks with high confidentiality, good judgment and a high security awareness are required.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
The qualifications mentioned above must be verifiable upon request through certificates, references, and work or selection tests.
