IT Specialist in Windows Server and Exchange

The changing global situation means that our defense needs to be strengthened, and the increased intelligence operations against Sweden and the Armed Forces are extensive. Must conducts defense intelligence activities and military intelligence and security services to support Swedish foreign, defense, and security policy, as well as for mapping external threats against Sweden.
About the Unit
We are now looking for an IT specialist in Windows Server and Exchange for Must's Office of Information Technology (KIT). KIT is responsible for information management at a Must-wide level as well as planning, development, and maintenance of IT systems. The office works to strengthen Must's flexibility and ability to meet operational requirements for information management and information systems.
Main Responsibilities
As an IT specialist in Windows Server and Exchange, you will work with the development, implementation, and management of Microsoft products with high security requirements. Your tasks will also include the development and establishment of routines and working methods.
Common ongoing tasks include performing technical maintenance, managing updates, troubleshooting, and operational support. When implementing new solutions, you will work with colleagues on planning, design, documentation, routines, and configuration.

On-call duty and travel may occur.
Qualifications
We require that you meet the following criteria:
- Very good knowledge and several years of work experience in system administration within Windows Server
- Several years of work experience and a good understanding of IT infrastructure in larger organizations
- Work experience and good knowledge of Exchange
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT security
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
Meritorious
It is meritorious if you meet some of these criteria:
- Experience in implementing or migrating email solutions
- Experience and knowledge in virtualization
- Experience from the Armed Forces or another organization with high security requirements
- Relevant academic education or equivalent experience that the employer assesses as equivalent

The position requires on-site work, and therefore there is no possibility for remote work. The above qualifications must be verifiable upon request through certificates, references, and selection tests.
The position is located in Stockholm and is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible by agreement.
