The main task of the assignment is to work together with representatives of the client to drive and carry out an investigation aimed at developing a long-term and sustainable strategy for the authorities' joint information separation and inter-agency collaboration.
As part of the assignment, it is the responsibility to drive the internal work to make the client's guiding principles visible, describe the necessary shifts for the client, map the client's future needs for changes to meet a vision of high self-determination and autonomy, and to concretize the organization's various needs and priorities related to information separation.

The following tasks are included in the assignment:

• In consultation with representatives of the organization, lead the investigation.
• Lead and manage the investigative work with partners, including financial reporting and documentation.
• Participate in requirements gathering together with the business.
• Lead workshops with both IT resources and business specialists to map the agency's needs and technical prerequisites.
• Compile materials for both the steering group and other decision-makers.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least 8 years of work experience in driving projects with both technical and business analytical aspects.
• At least 6 years of work experience in projects related to cross-agency strategic work and the establishment of policy documents.
• At least 5 years of work experience in work related to requirements gathering and infrastructure analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic IT consulting and transformation.
• At least 5 years of work experience in conducting investigations with significant organizational impact from an IT perspective and services.
• Experience in leading transformation projects that move both IT and business services between different providers.
• Documented work experience in information separation projects as well as experience in working with physical and logical information separation.

Desirable requirements:

• Experience working in a larger government agency or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with various leadership roles within agencies/companies (100).
• Documented certification in project management.
• Experience in assignments as a management consultant.
