About the role

As a System Architect in the Business IT team, you will be a central part of our architecture and operations team consisting of about 9 administrators and architects. You will be responsible for designing, further developing, and securing our Microsoft-based IT environment - both for internal needs and in close collaboration with our customers. You will work with the entire lifecycle: from architecture and design to implementation, migration, and further development of modern solutions within Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Identity Management.

Your responsibilities

• Design, document, and ensure the quality of solution architecture for complex IT environments
• Lead technical discussions and act as an advisor for customers and internal teams
• Ensure that solutions follow best practices in security, compliance, and performance
• Participate in and drive migration projects to cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to Crosskey's technical roadmap

We believe you have

• Deep technical expertise in several of the following areas:
  • Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, security, networking)
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Identity Management (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Endpoint Management (PC, Mac, mobile devices)
  • Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenShift, Nutanix AHV, KVM)
• Experience in architecture design, documentation, and solution proposals
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Meritorious:
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
  • Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Experience with API integrations
